Welcome, parents! Are you ready for an afternoon of thoughtful discussion, global awareness, and powerful student voices? Join us in person for the BIS S1 Advanced English Class’s World Issues Speech Presentation. This semester, our students have researched a wide range of important global and social issues, from gender equality in Taiwan and the Russia–Ukraine War to coral bleaching and AI responsibility. Although each group focuses on a different topic, one shared purpose connects them all: to better understand the problems facing our world and to think carefully about how we can respond. As our students step onto the stage to share their research, ideas, and concerns, we warmly invite you to come to BIS and support them.
